Baked Pierogi Parmigiana


1 box Mrs. T’s Pierogies
1 c. Your favorite tomato or marinara sauce
1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. Shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. Grated parmesan cheese
1  Egg (lightly beaten)
3 tsp. Italian seasoning


  1. Place pierogies in boiling water until hot, 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, reserving half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Spread into a greased baking pan, top with reserved cheeses.
  3.  Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is heated. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
