Dijon and Herb Crusted Salmon Recipe

Yield: 4 Servings


4 Salmon filets
As needed: Dijon mustard
2 oz.  Fresh breadcrumbs
1 Tlb. Mixed herbs (Parsley, Dill, etc.)
2 oz. Olive Oil, extra virgin
To taste,  Salt
To taste,  Black Pepper,


  1. In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat add 1 oz. olive oil.  Season salmon filet with salt and pepper and place in pan. Pan sear salmon on one side for approximately 1 minute.
  2. Remove salmon from sauté pan and place on baking sheet. Spread the cooked side of the salmon with Dijon mustard and top with the herbs, olive oil, and fresh breadcrumbs.
  3. Bake in a 375-degree oven until the topping is golden and crunchy. Approximately 7-10 minutes.
