Italian Style Salmon Recipe

Yield: 6 Servings


6  Salmon fillets, skinned
16 oz. Fresh spinach
6 oz. Heavy Cream
5 oz. Grated Parmesan cheese
To taste, Salt
To taste, Black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Reserve.
  3. Wash the spinach well, then blanch in boiling water for a minute. Drain and re-fresh under cold water. Squeeze out excess liquid, then finely chop. Combine in a bowl with the heavy cream and Parmesan.
  4. Place the fish fillets in on a sheet pan and cook for 3 minutes, turn and continue cooking for additional 3 minutes. Top with the cheese and spinach mixture and return to oven. Cook until golden. Serve immediately.
